Did something from your order not work out?

No problem! You can easily begin your hassle free return process, for store credit, by going to our Returns Portal!

Return options:

  1. Store Credit: Merchandise may be returned, via the Returns Portal,  for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 21 days from the order date.  Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product (shipping costs not included) and an online gift certificate will be emailed to you. The items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and with tag
  2. Exchange: Exchange requests, via the Returns Portal, must be received within 21 days of the original order date. Upon receipt of the original item, a new item will be shipped to you within 2 business days.

Jewelry and Intimates (including body suites) are FINAL SALE.

Any items using promotional discounts over 30% are FINAL SALE and not subject for return.

Customers are responsible for return postage.

**Coterie Boutique has the right to refuse or reject an item for return or exchange if deemed worn or damaged by customer. If an item does not meet the requirements for return or exchange the original item will be mailed back to the customer.

We fully understand that it is sometimes hard to get the perfect fit.  We stand by our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase!  We will ALWAYS do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly.  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@coterieboutique.com and we will take care of it right away! 

Damages

In case of damages, send a photo of BOTH the damaged item as well as the packaging material to hello@coterieboutique.com within 48 hours of receipt.
