Did something from your order not work out?

No problem! Be sure to contact our Customer Care team for help generating your return!

Return options:

Refund: Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 21 days from the order date.  Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product (shipping costs not included) and an online gift card will be emailed to you. Simply return your unworn, unused, undamaged items with tags attached to:

Exchange: Exchange requests must be received within 21 days of the original order date. Upon receipt of the original item, a new item will be shipped to you within 2 business days.

Jewelry and Intimates (including body suites) are FINAL SALE.

Any items using promotional discounts over 30% are FINAL SALE and not subject for return.

Customers are responsible for return postage.

Please specify clearly when returning an item if you want online store credit or an exchange.

**Coterie Boutique has the right to refuse or reject an item for return or exchange if deemed worn or damaged by customer. If an item does not meet the requirements for return or exchange the original item will be mailed back to the customer.

We fully understand that it is sometimes hard to get the perfect fit.  We stand by our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase!  We will ALWAYS do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly.  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email Jackie at jbullard@coterieboutique and she will take care of it right away!
